Throughout the year, SVPA creates opportunities for Connecticut College students to engage in a number of awareness and prevention events and campaigns. You might participate in Take Back the Night, Red Flag Campaign, or attend a Transformative Justice Workshop. There are many ways to get involved, including becoming a fellow, or joining SafetyNet, the office's Peer Education Program, simply attending an event during our most busiest times in October for Domestic Violence Awarenss Month or in April for Sexual Assault Awarenss Month.

The Office of Sexual Violence Prevention and Advocacy fellows work closely with the director to set a vision for programming regarding the prevention sexual violence, domestic/dating violence and stalking. They are responsible for coordinating the SafetyNet Peer Educators and help develeop and facilitate awareness and prevention events and activities.
